REGISTRATIONS
SUMMER 5's is BACK.
Western AFC Summer 5s is back for Term 4, 2026!
We offer teams for:
- First Kicks
- Fun Football Grades 8–9
- Mini Football Grades 10–13
- Girls-only games for ages 9–13.
Games begin on Thursday 15 October and run through to Thursday 10 December, with no games on Thursday 12 November for Show Weekend. Game times will be 5.30pm and 6.15pm, with final schedules confirmed once registrations close.
This year, you can register for Term 4 only or secure your place for both Term 4, 2026 and Term 1, 2027.
Payment is required to complete your registration.

Registrations for the 2026 season are open!
Whether you are a player, coach or referee, full registrations are required to play this 2026 season. If you have registered with Western AFC in the past you will get an email with a link that says registrations are open for this season.

Juniors: Due to the introduction of the Whole of Football 2.0 plan, there are some changes to the age groups for the upcoming 2026 season. Further information on the Whole of Football 2.0 can be found here.
Mainland Football Competitions
- CCL: Saturday, 4th April 2026
- Senior & Masters: excluding CCL – Saturday, 11th April 2026
- Juniors: Saturday, 2nd May 2026
In House Programmes
- First & Mini Kicks: Saturday, 2nd May 2026
Fun Football
- 8th & 9th Grades: Saturday, 2nd May 2026
Junior Football
- 10th & 12th Grades: Saturday, 2nd May 2026
- All Football is scheduled to go ahead on Kings Birthday weekend (29th/30th May).
- No Football will be played on the weekend of Matariki (10th/11th July). Only exception may be CCL team depending upon progress in Cup Competitions.
- Season end for most teams will be 5th September 2026

CPL: $210.00
Mini Kicks: $70.00
First Kicks: $70.00
Fun Football 8th - 9th Grade: $120.00
10th - 12th Grade: $140.00
Summer 5's: (Term 4 2026) - $60.00
Seniors: $300.00
Full payment is required at the time of registering unless the team sub is organised by coaches of Senior teams.
